Force Re-Render of Custom HTML Fields

Refresh all Custom HTML elements whenever the cart updates.

Overview

This setting forces Upcart to fully re-render any HTML you’ve added through the Custom HTML editor. It’s useful when dynamic content (like custom subtotals or counters) doesn’t update correctly on its own.

Where to Find It

Upcart > Editor > Settings > Advanced Settings
Look for “Force re-render of custom HTML fields.”

How It Works

Enabled

Upcart will re-render all Custom HTML elements every time the cart updates. This ensures that dynamic content stays in sync, but may slightly affect performance.

Disabled

Custom HTML elements will only re-render when absolutely necessary. This provides better performance but may cause some elements to lag behind cart changes.
