Overview

If you’re using variants in the Kaching Bundles app, make sure to enable the Enhanced Ajax API Compatibility setting in Upcart. You can find it here: Additional bundle apps may also cause interference by modifying how the “Add to Cart” action is processed, leading to issues with Upcart’s enhanced features. Cart Editor > Settings > Advanced Settings > Enhanced Ajax API Compatibility: This setting ensures other apps can function without interference but may disable Upcart’s ability to prevent redirection to the cart page. Please review additional app settings to manage any such behavior. Image

Troubleshooting Steps

  1. Ensure Enhanced Ajax API Compatibility is enabled in Upcart settings.
  2. Test if disabling Upcart resolves conflicts temporarily. If the issue disappears, proceed to update your theme or check the bundle app settings.
  3. Review the settings of any conflicting bundle apps to disable features causing interference.
  4. If incompatibility persists, consult your theme or app developer for technical adjustments.
If you are still experiencing issues between Upcart and Kaching offers, additional work by the Kaching app developers may need to be done. In these cases, please reach out to the Kaching Support via their documentation page. Before contacting support, it is recommended to document the problem with a video demonstration and include details about the conflicting app settings to streamline the resolution process.
