NOTE: This is currently only available to Shopify Plus merchants due to Shopify’s eligibility requirements. Checkout Upsells are offers presented directly during the checkout process & are seamlessly integrated into the customer flow. You can place these offers in strategic locations on the checkout page to encourage impulse add-ons without disrupting the experience.
2. One-Click Upsells
One-Click Upsells, also known as Post-Purchase Upsells, appear immediately after checkout but before the customer reaches the Thank You Page. They carry zero risk of order churn since the initial transaction is already complete. What makes these the powerhouse of Aftersell is that customers can accept these offers with a single click, no need to re-enter payment details, hence the name “1-Click Upsells. Once accepted, the additional items are instantly added to the original order and paid for automatically, creating a seamless, frictionless path to more revenue
3. Thank You Page Upsells
Thank You Page upsells are shown on the final page of a customer’s order journey (aka the confirmation page). Similar to 1-Click Upsells, these offers carry no risk of order churn since the customer has already completed their purchase. You can use this space to introduce related items, future offers, or loyalty incentives.
