Needs attention - Aftersell & Upcart Docs

Needs attention sits at the top of the Stay in the loop column and flags problems that need you to do something. It is the one widget worth checking every time you open Aftersell — most of what it reports is actively costing you revenue. When there is nothing wrong you see a green tick and:

When there are items, the heading shows a count and each item is listed with a severity dot and an action link.

Critical items mean a surface is not running at all. Post-purchase offers are turned off in particular means no post-purchase offer is being shown to any customer, so it is worth clearing immediately. Warnings mean something is degraded rather than stopped — a safeguard has paused part of your setup, or a subset of orders is failing.

Refreshing

Items are evaluated from your store’s current state. After fixing something, use the refresh icon in the widget header to re-check rather than waiting for the page to update on its own.
