Quick actions

Quick actions puts your most-used Aftersell tasks one click from the home page. Choose which actions appear and in what order.

Quick actions is a row of shortcut tiles at the top of the Grow your store column, putting your most common tasks one click away.

It appears once the Setup guide is complete or dismissed — the two share the same slot and never show at the same time. If you cannot find Quick actions, you most likely still have an outstanding setup step.

Default actions

Three tiles are shown by default. Which three depends on what your store has access to:

If one of those defaults is not available to your store, it is replaced. Stores with Checkout fall back to Create Checkout upsell first — this is what stores on the earlier Checkout version see in place of Create Checkout page. Any remaining gap is filled with Manage billing, then View Order browser, so the row always starts with three tiles.

Choosing your own actions

Select the pencil icon in the top-right corner of the widget to open the picker, then tick the actions you want and save. Your selection is saved per store.

The picker only lists actions your store can actually use, so the set you see may be shorter than the full list below.

You can select up to nine actions. If you select more, only the first nine appear on the home page.

Note that View Earn & Save is never one of the defaults — if you want it on your home page, add it from the picker.
