What is this?
Earn & Save adds a matching discount to your monthly Aftersell bill, equal to your Rokt Thanks earnings up to your bill amount. Your earnings still pay out to you in full. The program sits on top of your existing Aftersell plan. You pick a plan, enroll in Earn & Save, and your bill is reduced based on what you earn. Here’s how it works:- You enable Rokt Thanks on your store
- You start earning revenue from Rokt Thanks offers
- You receive those earnings as your Rokt Thanks payout
- We apply a matching discount to your Aftersell subscription, up to your bill amount
Am I eligible?
You’ll need both: 1. Your store locationYou must be based in:
- United States
- Canada
- United Kingdom
- Australia
You need at least 1,000 monthly orders. If you don’t meet both, you’ll still have access to our standard paid plans.
How it works
If you’re new (or reinstalling)
When you install Aftersell, you’ll pick a standard plan. If you’re eligible, you’ll also see the option to enroll in Earn & Save. If you enroll:- You’ll be guided through setting up Rokt Thanks
- Once it’s live, you’ll start earning, and your matching discount applies on your next bill
If you’re already using Aftersell
If you’re eligible, you’ll see a prompt in the app introducing the program. You can also navigate to the Billing page to complete steps required to enroll:- You may be asked to confirm updated subscription terms so we can apply your matching discount. Your features and plan price don’t change.

How billing works
Your subscription cost is reduced by a matching discount based on what you earned through Rokt Thanks during the previous month cycle. The discount is capped at your bill amount.Example 1
If your plan is $54.99/month and your Rokt Thanks earnings are $100:- Your bill is reduced to $0
- You still receive the $100 in your payout
Example 2
If your plan is $54.99/month and your Rokt Thanks earnings are $20:- Your bill is reduced to $34.99
- You still receive the $20 in your payout
Can my bill be $0?
Yes. If your Rokt Thanks earnings reach or exceed your plan amount for the month, your matching discount covers your full bill and you pay $0. You still receive your full payout. Whether your bill reaches $0 depends on your Rokt Thanks earnings for the previous month.FAQs

This usually comes down to eligibility. Make sure your store is in a supported region and has 1,000+ monthly orders.”I enrolled but my bill didn’t change”
Make sure Rokt Thanks is fully set up and active. The matching discount only applies when Rokt Thanks is enabled and generating earnings.”I closed the offer by accident”
Find it again on your Billing page under Settings.”What happens if I turn off Rokt Thanks?”
You stay enrolled in Earn & Save, but the matching discount only applies while Rokt Thanks is active and generating earnings. Turn it back on anytime to resume.”Why isn’t my bill $0?”
The matching discount is based on what you earned the previous month. If your Rokt Thanks earnings didn’t reach your plan amount, your bill is reduced by your earnings and the remainder is still due.”I earned more than my plan amount. Why didn’t the extra come off this month’s bill?”
The matching discount caps at your bill amount each month. You still receive every dollar you earned as a Rokt Thanks payout.”I’m not in a supported region”
Right now, Earn & Save is only available in the US, Canada, UK, and Australia. We may expand to more regions in the future.A few things to keep in mind
- Your matching discount is based on what you earned the previous month
- A $0 bill is possible when earnings reach your plan amount, not guaranteed
- Rokt Thanks must stay active for the discount to apply
- Billing adjustments happen at the end of each billing cycle
- Higher order volume generally leads to higher earnings
- Not all orders generate Rokt Thanks revenue, so results can vary
