Aftersell works with most product review apps automatically, including Judge.me, Stamped, ReviewsIO, Junip, Okendo, Shopify Reviews, and many more — review stars are displayed on your offers without any credentials. Yotpo Product Reviews requires additional setup described below.

Setting up Yotpo integration

  1. Download the Yotpo app in the Shopify app store
  2. In the Yotpo app, tap the Profile icon in the top right corner of the screen, then choose Account Settings > General Settings. You will find your App Key at the bottom of the General Settings section: Image

  3. Open the Aftersell app, then go to Settings > Product Reviews
  4. Select Yotpo from the review integrations list
  5. Paste your App Key in the Yotpo app key field
  6. Click Save changes
The integration is complete. Review stars will display on your upsell offers for products with Yotpo reviews.

Syncing reviews

For the testimonials widget, Aftersell imports reviews from Yotpo and stores them so they can be displayed in checkout. The first import happens automatically within 24 hours, and then once a week after that. To import reviews immediately:
  1. Go to Settings > Product Reviews
  2. Find the Yotpo reviews section
  3. Click Sync now
The sync status shows when reviews were last imported and when the next sync is available.
