Reports is in beta and is being rolled out in stages, so it is not yet enabled on every store. Some stores are switched on automatically as the rollout widens; others are enabled individually. If you don’t see the Reports section in your dashboard, your store has not been included yet — contact the Aftersell support team through the in-app chat to ask about access.
The Reports section is a flexible way to explore your store’s performance. It has two parts that work together:
  • Reports — collections of saved queries shown as widgets, for monitoring the metrics you care about at a glance.
  • The Explorer — a query builder for asking your own questions: pick metrics, break them down by dimensions, filter, and visualize the result.

Reports

When you open Reports, you land on the Reports table listing every report available to your store. See Manage reports for creating, editing, and sharing them.

Exploring your data

Open the Explorer to build a query from scratch — choose what to measure, how to slice it, and the time range, then view the result as a scorecard, chart, or table. Save a query to reuse it, or add it to a report as a widget. Queries are written in AftersellQL (AQL). You build them visually, but you can also type them directly — see Writing AQL queries.
